Bryn Tindall, President and CEO of Divide The Ride www.dividetheride.com, has devoted his entire professional career to finding ways to make technology and the internet work to the advantage of business. As a parent, Bryn wanted to apply this skill to make parents' lives (including his family’s life) a little easier. As one of 12 children, Bryn was no stranger to the concept of carpooling.

The idea for Divide The Ride was hatched in response to the hectic sports and social schedule of his seven-year old son. Bryn and his wife, who is also a busy working mom, regularly brought their son to practices, games and what seemed to be an endless stream of birthday parties. While at these events, Bryn and his wife noticed that many of the faces and families were the same and they began to develop friendships with these other families. Soon, the families were calling each other to make carpooling arrangements -- "I'll pick up Ben on Thursday and take the boys to soccer if you can take them to the party on Saturday."

Bryn thought it would be a great idea if he could make the carpooling process even easier by using technology to do the work of figuring out the carpool calendars. Hence, Divide The Ride was born, an interactive carpooling website for busy parents.

In his professional life, Bryn has founded and is the President of Horizon Marketing Group, Inc. Horizon manages a portfolio of industry leaders including Vanguard Strategies Company, Peer360 and Relationship Capital Group. This family of companies offers an array of services including strategy, email marketing, creative design, public relations, search engine marketing, interactive/digital marketing and more. The Horizon companies have worked with clients throughout the world including Carters, Osh Kosh B’Gosh, Subway, Timex, Discover Card, Dooney & Bourke, Chicos, Candies’, CIGNA, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Time Warner and Phoenix Insurance.

Bryn is a devoted husband, and most importantly, the father of two sons, ages three and seven. An avid soccer player, Bryn now coaches his son's local team and plays on an adult league in his hometown in Connecticut.
